Mark Joined the Garcia Insurance team shortly after hurricane Katrina. Mark’s passion and experience for educating enables him to clearly advise his clients in the areas of health, life and long-term care insurance while leading them towards a successful retirement. Mark is married to Debbie and has three children, Jonathan, Jesse, and Elizabeth.
